Bio

My name is Anastasia. I knew I wanted to be a psychologist since an early age. First i studied Economics. Later, I followed my dream and became a psychologist. I provide therapy in Russian and English languages. During therapy I use mostly CBT and SFT and other approaches such as Systemic Therapy, Mindfulness therapy and other techniques. I believe every mind is beautiful and any obstacle can solved. Events in life provide room for growth. During therapy I will do my best to collaboratively work on finding a solution, reach clients’ goals, or a better way to cope.
